These air filters feature a moisture-resistant beverage board frame and metal grid that incorporate recycled materials. With a 1-inch depth, the Glasfloss ZL MERV 10 air filter can be used in HVAC systems for commercial and residential properties, school systems, government institutions, and industrial applications. The MERV 10 filter incorporates the latest media technology to achieve its MERV 10 rating per the ANSI/ASHRAE 52.2 Test Standard, while maintaining low pressure drop and a long service life.

The Glasfloss Z-Line Series MERV 10 filter media is laminated to a heavy-duty, galvanized, metal backing that stabilizes the media during operation. The filtration rating of MERV 10 is comparable to an MPR rating of 600 to 800, or an FPR rating of 5-6. The filter incorporates 100% synthetic fibers that are electrostatically charged and thermally bonded, forming an engineered gradient structure. This unique construction prevents the fibers from absorbing moisture, supporting high dust-holding capacity and extended filter service life.

Manufactured in the USA, these Glasfloss MERV 10 filters are ideal for residential, commercial, school, healthcare, and industrial filtration applications. With a nominal size of 16x25x1 inches, the actual size is 15-1/2 x 24-1/2 x 7/8 inches. For optimal performance, it is recommended to change the filter at least every 3 months. The durable, heavy-duty frame of these filters ensures they will not buckle, providing long-lasting use.
